Stephen is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience advising on commercial, industrial, retail and residential property across the UK and Ireland.
Having held director-level roles within fast-paced, global property consultancies, Stephen brings deep, practical expertise across the full spectrum of building consultancy services, including building surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, development monitoring and project management. He is known for providing clear, commercially focused advice aligned with client objectives.
